Best and excellent staff onsite. Quiet ambience. Exceptionally comfortable beds, air conditioning, a personal safe, and a work desk in the room.

Very unfriendly staff!

We enjoyed our time in a modern, air-conditioned quadruple room at this hotel.

we have stayed in this perfect hotel for 5 nights, everything was perfect, the location was incredible in the centre of tourist attractions. the rooms were both new-fashioned, neat, complete with aircondition.

Is close to attractions.

Says there are 3 single and 1 double bed and actually has 2 singles and 1 double. the presentation of the hotel says that parking is free but this is assured. Also more of the benefits referred to are not there. (safe, Bathtub, Hair dryer, Refrigerator, Satellite TV, minibar, electric kettle). In the kitchen there was a musty smell and in the bathroom there was a strong smell of sewerage. There was no sufficiency of crockery and dishes for breakfast.

This hotel features modern rooms with super comfy beds, central heating, a work desk, and a TV, along with a nice experience overall and incredibly friendly staff in a quiet atmosphere.

Renovation is not finished yet, you fill like you stay in repairing flat. Painty smell and etc

The personnel are so professional and friendly. The location is excellent.They were very lovely with my daughters. The breakfast is excelent. the room was large and nice.

Only a little tube in the bathrroom was broken and we have a little water over the floor the bath. But it was only a little. There no was a huge problem. For improve the service, I think that they had to fix more quickly.

The staff is excellent and very helpful. The location of hotel is strategic for shoppers and shops offer very fair prices for all sorts of things and view is quite nice. Easy to find eateries along street and there s a pizza place in front of hotel.Topkapi museum and blue mosque and aya sofia within walking distance. Tram is also only 5 mins away and it can take you to the favorite places if you chose not to walk

1.There were technical problems with our bathroom facilities which could not be rectified during our short two night stay. This was a minor problem and I hope it has been attended to . 2. It was not made clear that we were going to be charged for coffee and drinks outside breakfast time.

I wont recommend this hotel

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Situated on a small street under the Topkapi Palace, it is nestled next to a lovely park where you can see the locals picnicking. Being in the centre of tourist attractions, everything imaginable is conveniently nearby.

All was fine during our stay.

It was a very good experience. The staff were very accommodating and warm. We were given everything we needed. The only problem was that there is no elevator and we stayed at the top floor. But the porters were very helpful in bringing our luggage up and down. I recommend this to young vacationers and adventurers.it is also very close to the city proper where you can just walk to all the places of interest. There are good restaurants and shops nearby.

No elevator and the TV was not working at one point.
